No Payout Message ... and return of the Captcha ...

Its been quite a while for this one but my Payments > Financial Summary shows a Payout was sent but there is no eBay Message that they sent the Payment.  This happened on a somewhat regular basis early last year but went a long time seemingly corrected. 

Yesterday the Captcha test returned for the login process ... same thing as the Payments message ... it was more of a regular occurrence last year but then stopped for a long time.   That started up again yesterday and today I had to go through two Captcha tests ... wondering if all this is related to eBay beefing up security for fear of Cyber attacks from abroad ...

Me. too ... just came through a little while ago ... they must be beefing up security.  Did you have to do the Captcha test recently?
