One of the main things I don't particularly like about managed payments is that it is not as cut and dry to know if I got all my payments sent out to me? With Paypal, there was no doubt... someone would pay and I would immediately and clearly see the payment in my account. With managed, I may sell $300 within a day and the next payout message says I am only getting less than half of that sent out to me. While I imagine Ebay's software system is solid and won't miss sending out all payments, I still can't help but wonder a little. So between what hours does Ebay's system tally up payments that will go out in the next payout?

With MP the soonest you'll have sale proceeds in the bank will be four days from the transaction. That assumes everything lines up ideally. It takes at least a day for the transaction to go from processing to available (longer for sales Friday thru Sunday). Once the funds are "available" then they'll be paid out via an ACH transfer to your bank early in the morning Sunday thru Thursday for daily payout sellers. That ACH transfer will then take at least a day to be credited to your bank account.

Actually what I am asking is between what hours of the day is the next payout tallied up? For example, are all payments received between 12am and 12pm on a particular day between Monday and Friday sent out in the next payment? If this is the case, then it seems I never get get all my payments sent out... seems like the start and cutoff times must be something different.

I doubt anyone can give you a definitive answer......... problem is there are apparently variations in how/how fast the payments are available to EBAY from the paying source.....and therefore available to be sent to you...... CC times different from paypal, bank accounts different from the other two...... Even if we knew they compiled the cleared payments by 6 p.m.

Ok I guess I just have to keep double checking sales I've made under the payments section. Like I Said I imagine the system is solid enough to not miss any but it kinda sucks because there could always be that glitch or whatever where a payment is not received. With PP there was never a doubt that I got each and every payment. I often sell $120-$200 worth of stuff in a day and $300-$500 over a weekend... it feels weird to have the next payout be like $40 when you feel like every payout should be a minimum of around $100 at least.

With MP, Sellers no longer have control over access to funds...SHOULD BE IMMEDIATE LIKE PAYPAL IS...EBAY SHOULD OFFER AN INSTANT PAYMENT OPTION!!!...OR ADD PAYPAL AS A PAYMENT OPTION LIKE PERSONAL CHECKS AND CASH PAYMENT AT PICKUP. I MAY HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER AUCTION SITE TO SELL MY MERCHANDISE.

Only a fool would stay with eBay. They treat sellers like TRASH. Sellers is what pays eBay. No and appreciation for seller this is why customers are dropping off quick.

I have noticed that 10:45 is about the cutoff time. I’ve sent funds at 10:35 that were there the next day. I’ve sent funds after 11pm that were not there the next day. My guess is 11pm eastern time, but I go with 10:45 to be safe.

Yes you may, because Paypal as the money facilitator for sellers is gone and will not be coming back.
