Why still some countries are not providing Shipping with free methods?

There is no such thing as free shipping. In one way or the other, money is coming from the buyer, some way some how.

Thanks for the response. I agree, also thanks again. wanted to get some ideas from experienced utilities.
It's sellers not countries that decide how much to charge for shipping.
