Refusal of payment option

For the third time in 40 purchases ebay PayPal will not accept my good debit card. I have asked a seller once again to cancel the order due to refusal of my only payment option that has been accepted  90 % of the time. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY I CAN PAY AND WHEN I'M DENIED EBAY CAN'T WAIT TO GIVE AN UNPAID CASE EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT NOT MINE, and I already know I'll get a response to add a payment option that doesn't exist because nobody understands the problem I keep having so it will be if no help but I'm complaining anyway

Have you checked with your bank to make sure they are not the problem? Thats usually what it turns out to be.

If you have a debit card, you have a bank account. You can link your bank account to PP instead of your debit card.
