Resolved! refund request

When I try to request a refund and tell them why, when I click on submit nothing ever happens. Its like their web site is not working. I have tried several times.

Gift card scam

This guy asked for my number so he could ask me more questions and said he wanted me to get a 700 visa gift card and send the receipt before I get my payment and if not I will face jail time if I don't send it in the next hour is this a scam?

edit my checkout page

On my checkout there are three pay options: 2 old cc account numbers and the current one which I use. I would like to delete the two old numbers for security reasons. Please tell me how.

What can I do if a buyer drops a bid on our product and it has been won by him but he won't pay? Can we place that item again for bidding? Thanks.
