Pending Sale

I received a BIN offer which I accepted.

The buyer hasn't paid yet and I see it under Pending for that item. But I do not see it in the 'PENDING' column on the Summary page

Did eBay change the rules to keep the listing on 'Active' status until it is paid for?

If so ---shouldn't  I still see it showing with the quantity of '1' under the Sale Pending column.

All answers would be greatly appreciated.

Until it's paid for, it stays active and anyone can come in and buy it.
