My payouts are delayed

My payouts are set daily, i should had been paid today but my funds from june 17 are still processing. Should i be worried or is this usual ?

Problem Paying with PayPal Credit on offers

So how can I buy an item and get financing for the buy it now price, but put in an offer and it will auto bill my credit card or PayPal linked bank account ? Why am I not getting the same financing options to do it if I put in an offer?

Cancelling an order

If a buyer request that an order be cancelled and the funds have not been collect, do the funds come out of the sellers available funds ?
