My buyer paid for the item I sold on Dec-4 and they received it on Dec-11. The money isn't even in the processing stage which is dated for Dec-4 and then available for Dec-5. None of this makes sense. Did I miss something here?
You are a new seller and there is a rule on holding your money for a period of time for site security. This is a rule that has been around for a few years and while it is certainly annoying for new sellers, it is a good rule.

None of us get ONE day served out of MP and certainly not a brand new seller. They weren't promised or estimated to have the money by the 5th. I think you misread something.
It is highly likely it will be a 21 day hold because they are a new seller as per the links I gave earlier in the thread.

I didn't type that much. I did however offer some essential links for a NEW SELLER to read so they are better equipped to understand their current issue. The OP simply doesn't know some of the rules that are guiding what is currently happening to their account.
