I’m receiving emails that my payouts have failed & I need to contact my bank or check my info - which is correct. I’ve also seen that the issue has been corrected as of December 2 (today). However, I am still getting these emails & I have multiple payments I’m owed. Any info or resolution?? It’s sad they made these changes before having everything working...this is people’s income they’re messing with.

I’m referring to the endless community posts I read through every day on this exact issue! And the people that have messaged me privately asking if my issue has been resolved.
I will no longer be responding to any replies that do not help me get to the root of the problem. I cannot spend all day, everyday on this community page like most of you seem to.

Alright, my account has finally been fixed after almost two months!
I was finally contacted by someone in MP that could access my account & help me get past the “verify your bank” error message. I started receiving my payments a few days later (today). So I would suggest continuing to request calls until someone contacts you.
I started by initiating a chat with a bot, then asking for a customer service rep and from there he asked about my issue and eventually set it up for a MP person to contact me (which took couple of weeks).
Goodluck to everyone that is still having issues.

Payouts are still failing despite it being ‘fixed’? I have had them work before and nothing in my account has changed, so why is it not working again?

I have had trouble with payouts ever since it started. I couldn’t seem to use my credit union and opted for an account that eBay had on its payout list. Unfortunately, that bank decides to deactivate my account for non use that has been in operation for me since 2019 in which I checked regularly even though I hadn’t been shuffling money in and out. Strange that this should all happen now without warning. The payout was sent there and I’m back to having to find a way to get my money. This has been ongoing since early November 2020. I can’t get to a live agent and can’t find a way to edit the existing defunct bank to another bank so I can get my money. Any help?

I sure don't know what happened there without more details, but I use Bank of America. It works great for me. My deposits are there the next day. I set up a new checking account to attach to MP over the phone. They mailed me any documents that needed my signature. I never left the house.
Maybe you could try that. I hope it helps.

I haven't receive any of my Ebay sale funds since Jan 1st. Ebay indicates available funds amount but I don't know why they are not transferred to my bank which I had previously set up and received a confirmation that I am good to go with sales. Any help would be appreciated as I need the funds to pay expenses.

i just switched to this new seller program and I'm now getting payout failed. any fix for this?

I'd like to know too. First managed payment and it failed. I updated the bank account information. I also added the bank account to my profile as it wasn't there. Is there something I am missing? I saw that some had to add their SS# but I don't see anyplace to do that.

I have this issue as well. This new payout system should have been checked and running flawless and not forced with all these errors. I'm just going to refund the money to the buyer. Ebay should have planned this better. Now we all lose. 😞
