Payment on hold due to BBE

Hello friends, 

I have a problem with my account. 

My monthly evaluation is above standard but i have received a BBE message from eBay. Resultant, my payments held by eBay and all of my listing are ended up. I don't know the exact reason. One of my customer claimed for return a dog collar due to sizings issues. But as, that was personalized item therefore. Ebay closed the case automatically. But customer gave me negative reviews. After that im facing this issues. How can i reinstate my account??? Any body help???

Canceling transactions is the kiss of death for any seller, especially a new seller. Ebay does not like disappointed buyers as they feel like they wont come back. You will not be reinstated.

Okey, i admit my failure. What about my payouts? It didn't belongs to customers. All orders are delivered and customers have no complaints and few left positive feedbacks, but payouts are still on holds.

One more thing, refunded mean im not steeling money. It should be a positive gesture that a person is not involved in fraudulent activities.
