Payment on hold due to BBE

Hello friends, 

I have a problem with my account. 

My monthly evaluation is above standard but i have received a BBE message from eBay. Resultant, my payments held by eBay and all of my listing are ended up. I don't know the exact reason. One of my customer claimed for return a dog collar due to sizings issues. But as, that was personalized item therefore. Ebay closed the case automatically. But customer gave me negative reviews. After that im facing this issues. How can i reinstate my account??? Any body help???

You should be able to see your BBE metrics.

 

You have an awful 87.5% FB and looks like you are drop shipping.

 

The reason eBay has suspended your account is in the message sent and your BBE metrics.

 

Unless eBay has given you instruction on how to reinstate, you cannot.

Its about trx Ratio that is 22% and market avg is 2.9%

Listing mentioned against this ratio are 04 and all of these are ended. I had received sime orders but due to high shipping costs, i cancelled these orders and refunded to customers.

You are a menace to the site, and your BBE shows that.

Evaluation metrics

eBay will evaluate the rate of transactions with BBE defined by four evaluation metrics below:

  1. Significantly Not as Described (“SNAD”): a buyer returned an item and gave a return reason that indicates “Item Not as Described”, including “Doesn’t work or defective” / “Doesn’t match description or photos” / “Wrong item sent” / “Missing parts or pieces” / “Arrived damaged” / “Doesn’t seem authentic” / “Doesn’t fit my vehicle”;
  2. Stock-Out Cancellation (“Stock-Out”): a seller canceled a transaction because they no longer had the item, or the item was never shipped, and the buyer's money was returned;
  3. Low Detailed Seller Ratings (“Low DSR”): a buyer left a Detailed Seller Rating score of 1, 2, or 3 for “Item as Described”; or
  4. Neutral/Negative Feedback (“NNFB”): a buyer left Neutral or Negative feedback for a seller.

A transaction is considered a BBE transaction when any of the above happens and one transaction will be only evaluated once. The BBE rate is defined as the percentage of BBE transactions out of all transactions in the evaluation window.

Pakistan is your eBay ID.

Items shipped from USA to USA from who?

One feedback mentions item coming from China.

So where and who handles returns of item and refunds?

Feedback from the buyer is to let other buyers know how it went. It is not meant as a message board between the buyer and seller. A feedback reply is to defend or clarify the feedback you received. 

 

You are not supposed to reveal your buyer's name or call them by their name in the feedback. 

 

Here's one of your downfalls- If the buyer bought the wrong size you blame them instead of offering to exchange it.

Saying your items are shipping from Pakistan, but you're dropshipping from Aliexpress in the US, probably didn't help.

You were warned about drop shipping these dog collars from China when you first came here asking for advice.

I always try to care about privacy. The item was personalized item that's why i apologised. And eBay took action itself and ensur me it wouldn't effect my performance.

Point no. 2 & 4 possible reasons for my bbe. What should be my next steps to reinstate my account??

Ebay does not want sellers who  cancel sales and fail to deliver items on their site.

 You will not be reinstated.

Bottom line the way you are attacking people here on this forum is a great indicator how you treat customers .

 

Your account has been suspended no one here can do anything about it . If Ebay decides to unsuspend your account you can sell again if not you can't 

 

No one on this board can help you with your suspended account .

Im also a member of ebay community. I asked for help. Some of members are adopting disgrace attitude. And brother (im sorry to say) you are only pointing me. Did you read their comments?? Im selling here, mentioned each and everything, about me and my listing as well. If some one don't like, isn't better to look any other sellers to purchase. No body can force any customer to purchase.

I just asked for solutions and few of community members pretend himself as a representative of eBay. I believe equality. I have equal respect as other members from USA have.... And about my performance, i have an average 4.2 out of 5 rating with happy customers. Im not selling cheap junk as one of community member mentioned. They have to respond only question not hitting any member.
