Payment not scheduled even with available funds.

Hey so I have almost $1,000 In available funds and no payout is being scheduled?  I called a eBay rep and they told me to delete and re-add my bank information. After doing so it was placed under review for 3 days and approved. Even after that it still says “no payout scheduled” under available funds. All tax info is up to date and no red banners on account. Please help I need the money out of eBay.

Did you sign up for weekly or daily payouts ?

Having no benner on your account sounds like all should be in order, there is a ticket open in eBay as some people are eperiencing issues, so I will tag a team member to see if they can have a look for you.

I was signed up for weekly and when the payment didn’t go through on the Tuesday I changed to daily payouts

No worries @downunder-61, thanks for the heads up. I see @pagedeals does appear to be a part of whatever is going on as I can see the block on the account but no red bar for info or anything. I've added them to the ticket too.

Hi pagedeals - a ticket is the term used when eBay has opened a ''file'' so to speak, about technical issues like this that are affecting a number of members and needs to be passed on to a higher team.

As soon as the team assess/fixes the error, each member added to the ''ticket'' should be advised of the outcome or be advised how to proceed.

have the same issue and just found this on eBay website:

"For example, if the buyer's order is confirmed on Sunday, and the holiday is on Monday, the payout will be initiated on Wednesday (3 days later)."

My account though says next scheduled payment is next week, so that may or may not be the issue. Will see tomorrow....

Sounds like you have your account set up for Weekly deposits.  Weekly payouts are issued Tuesday early morning for any available funds you have.

You can check your payout schedule by going to your Seller Hub.  Hover over the Payment tab.  From the drop down menu that will appear, select the last item.  There you will find the information.

Hey velvet@ebay I’m begging to get worried my last payout was Jan 04. I can still use my available funds to purchase shipping labels , but I need the funds out of eBay for other expenses. I have on daily payouts , but still all it says is “no payout scheduled” under available funds.

I can only imagine how frustrating this is @pagedeals but I have no additional info to share. I can assure you that you've been added to the tech ticket but nothing more.

You are a new seller. New sellers have holds on funds.
