Payment not scheduled even with available funds.

Hey so I have almost $1,000 In available funds and no payout is being scheduled?  I called a eBay rep and they told me to delete and re-add my bank information. After doing so it was placed under review for 3 days and approved. Even after that it still says “no payout scheduled” under available funds. All tax info is up to date and no red banners on account. Please help I need the money out of eBay.

Your issue is not the same as some of the other sellers.  Yours is due to being a New Seller.  When learning to sell on Ebay there are rules you really need to spend the time with so you understand and are aware of what is expected of a new seller.  By doing that you will avoid surprises like this.

 

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

Ohh darn, I did my first sale on a international order. Looking at a month a half till pay off. I wish I knew this before 😞

I don't know that MP holds the payment that long.

I am now having the same issue all of a sudden. until this afternoon I was having daily payouts for the last several months with no problems. but then today after my funds processed this afternoon and became available it doesn't show a payout date like it always did before instead it says, 'no payout sheduled". did this ever get resolved for the person who started this thread or is it an ongoing problem still? Can you help me get this fixed?

 

PS if anyone else reads this please dont tell me its because of the new seller policy, these funds were already on hold and the hold is now over which is why they are listed as available for payout instead of being listed in the "on hold' section

Hey downunder-61, I saw your message about the ticket opened with eBay and I’m hoping you could give me information on how to join the ticket. I sold an item on March 15th and the payment was confirmed March 15th. The $1,578.16 payment is in my “available funds” on the seller page of my eBay account. When I go to manage payout schedule, I set it as daily and save. It shows a green bar saying my payout schedule has been updated but then it still shows “no payout scheduled” under available funds. When I go to eBay on my desktop and try the same thing, it actually schedules a payout for the next day (did it March 17th and eBay said “next payout March 18th.”) Unfortunately I received no payout on March 18th and when I go back into my seller page on my eBay account it still shows the $1,578.16 in my available funds with “no payout scheduled” underneath it. I have no red flags on my account and eBay has my full SSN. The item also has been confirmed as delivered to the buyer. Any information you can pass along is greatly appreciated! 🙂

No need to be nervous.  You are a new seller and certain rules apply to you during this time.

I'm having the same issue all of a sudden. Payouts issued every day but now it's saying no payout scheduled. I believe its a glitch with eBay and I really hope they are working on it

I have the same issue. I was told there will soon be a red banned message on the payments saying you need to provide a bank statement and ID to prove who you are.

I was asked to verify my bank account again back in December and I did so via microdeposits, no issue. When that happened I DID have the red banner saying I needed to take action.

Yes I think so too and some are simply over reacting to it.

 

But for the above post I responded too, they were speaking to the red banner that will appear in your Seller hub so that those that received micro payments can click on a link in that red banner to verify micro deposits.

Ah yes, if that's the issue the banner will be there and very obvious and will tell you exactly what needs to be done.
