eBay customer service is telling me I am not at fault and it's an issue on ebays part but I can't get a single person to get back to me. I am having a hard time finding the correct words to explain just how terrible this new managed payments implementation is. I need someone to resolve this asap. I can't get a call back nor can i even reach a normal person who knows what the hell is going on. I am sick of having to chase my money... ebay conveniently takes their cut and than holds ours. My business is at a complete standstill because of this. I need someone from ebay to resolve this RIGHT NOW!

That is some serious money. You need to contact eBay's Corporate Office as soon as possible and quit selling anything until they get it straighten out.

payments_team@ebay I know you can't offer account specific support for this seller, but what else can they do?!
It is so incredibly disheartening to read threads like this. 😞 The support situation with Managed Payments is untenable....something's gotta give and at this rate unfortunately I think it will be sellers simply reaching their breaking point and giving up.

None of it applies. They verified everything handful of times. My account has no restrictions, i am a legitimate business trying to buy/sell. At this point, short of suing them, I don't even know what else i can do. It's absurd.

They couldn't care less. These people can barely manage their personal lives let alone help us with getting our money... i am contemplating walking into the ebay center here and wrecking a havoc with their management. Outside of that I am speaking to a litigation attorney for a class action lawsuit.

@loveyourimagination49 in my experience, you'll get the same answer from any support channel when it comes to Managed Payments - they cannot help with account specific issues and the only option is to request a call back from Managed Payments Support, which seems to be very hit or miss from reports here.
The social media support options may be a faster route for those experiencing other issues though.

Thanks, but I was asking because I’ve read that FB and Twitter wasn’t able to answer MP questions. Just trying to clarify if that’s true.
I don’t have any issues personally.
