How do we file our semi-annual sales tax when eBay is doing it for us through managed pay. I don’t have to pay it twice, right? We have additional sales tax from our store as well. I need to show the income from sales reported to sales tax for Covid loans but have no way to report that. Any ideas?

Are you talking about the sales tax on things you sold? That tax was paid to the buyers state. I would think that only tax paid by buyers in your state would count. Or am I missing something?

This may vary from state to state, but I believe you only file what YOU collected and are thus obligated to remit, not what eBay collected on your behalf. If eBay collected all of the state tax on your sales, then you still have to report, but you report $0 collected, and thus nothing to remit.
When in doubt, contact a CPA or other tax professional in your state. I am neither.
