None of my Ebay payments are showing in my bank account "credit" transactions

"Your payout is on its way to your bank account" - I got a notice that something I sold was "on its way" to my bank account.

How come none of these payments are showing up in my bank records?

What time frame are you talking about?  If the transfer happened over the wkend, it's entirely possible your bank account may not be credited until Mon........  You might call your bank to ask how they handle on line transfers.......

Are you just talking about this weekends transitions? Or all of them?

Go to your seller hub and click on the "payments".

When you see "funds sent" ebay has done their job.

Any delay before your funds become available is from your bank.

If you were to call your bank to inquire about this, they will say you have a "credit pending".

It usually takes my bank anywhere from 1 to 3 days before my funds are available.

Ebay initiates my transfers early in the morning and the next morning it's in my checking account. I have heard some banks take longer.

What date are you referring to when checking your bank?

November 28:  No bank record of it.

As of November 28 there is no bank record of it. 

I'll check with my bank tomorrow. I'm hoping it's just a Thanksgiving delay.

OK what matters is the date the Payout was sent, not your transaction date.  BEFORE calling your bank, you need a little information first.

Go to your Seller Hub.  Then hover over the Payment Tab.  From the drop down menu select Payouts.

On this screen find the Payout that you need to ask your bank about.  Look to right a little.  There is a number there call the Bank Reference ID number.  Write that down and give it to your bank when you call, it might help them to more easily locate the money.

And if on this same screen you want to see the details of the payout, you just need to click on the Payout ID located in the second column.
