Item sold. It was delivered on the 24th. Ebays release date march 7th. 11 days to wait for a payment?

Since you are a very infrequent seller, you are subject to payment holds, which can be up to twenty one days. Ebay prefers that any refunds come out of your pocket, not theirs.

Prior to the sale you had in the past month, looks like you haven't sold anything for some time.  Ebay treats sellers who haven't sold in over 3 months like a new seller and your funds are held for 21 days to ensure the transaction goes well for both the buyer and seller.  Hang in there.  It's only 1 more week.  Best of luck with future sales.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

The payments process is streamlined because eBay processes payments and transfers funds to your bank account in addition to hosting the sale itself. You pay eBay for these services using a single fee structure.
