If buyer cancelled his order,  How we can return money?

Yeah nice try. Someone asked this exact question the other day.

Like you, they'd never sold anything.

Buyers can only ask to cancel. Sellers don't  have to agree. If they agree you find the order details in the Seller Hub and cancel from there.

It would be helpful for new sellers or those wanting to sell to go to Help & Contact  and type 'Order cancellation policy' in the search bar there and read the policy on cancelling orders.
