Just started selling some old items again on Ebay and I gotta tell you this payout system is slow and such a stupid idea. What was so wrong with paypal?? Heck even partner with Venmo if need be but payments to my checking account 5 days later is ridiculous.

I believe it was valid distinction: although it's all wrapped up in the same set of decisions and they benefit your practice as a whole, adding new features to the shopping cart or having the ability to do this or that is a tech input — but choosing not to charge for more pictures or raising your fees is management of the direct conditions of commerce /sales because it's what's setting the prices for sellers

I can't help you on this. You refuse to see. I wish you well.

I honestly appreciate your well-wishing (it's mutual)
But allow me one more minute just to clarify: I don't refuse to see that the improvements to the site you have listed are great for sellers. In fact many of these are modular updates and tweaks made to the open source platform Ebay is building and using and most of these modules are developed after free software which is shared globally — on Github, for instance — so it's usual to see them on most platforms not just here). I'd be the last person on the planet to say that that it's not helpful and fantastic (it is) but those are workflow improvements, they are not setting the prices we have to do to cover our using of the platform.
I've deliberately set two contrasting ideas in italics and green (hey, it's a positive color) to better illustrate the point I was trying to make.

It was a partial list and again it was NOT all inclusive. Some enhancements will fall under what you are talking about and others won't. I simply don't see the importance to the conversations. When I posted the partial list it was in response to a couple posters saying that Ebay NEVER makes any changes that benefit sellers.
I personally would like to ask to end this conversation as it serves no purpose.

The importance was... it should be cheaper to sell here. Okay, ditto. #eoc

That wasn't what the conversation was about. I never even commented on that anywhere.

That is not correct. They did not. Ebay and PP have a current contract ensuring that PP will provide their services to sellers not yet in MP and for all buyers. This contract was signed a couple years ago and runs to 2023. A normal contract length. It is unknown at this time if the contract will renew yet, but then it is too soon to know that as they wouldn't like start to negotiate that until later next year.

I found it interesting that your words to me earlier were - "You decided to respond to a posting of mine directed to another poster that said exactly that. Hence my response. It is as simple as that." which I thought was rude; as was your response to ulfesharpe saying he/she 'refused to see'.
So how is anyone to know who you're directing your posts to? You just now stated here that you responded "to a couple of posters". I'm sure you can see how confusing it is for posters here. Community Boards are 'community boards' and I thought that we were suppose to send a private message if it was only for one person to see/respond to; otherwise anyone who reads it can respond.
Thank you for reading.

A lot of people selling here are not e-commerce and they need funds right away. How can we ship things not knowing when the funds would be in our account. This is a greedy company that wants to corner the market in all business aspect.
This will turn off a lot of sellers and they will just go somewhere else to sell.

You know who someone is responding to from what I highlighted in the below Pic.
I'm not confused.

You can know when the money should arrive. The problem isn't the facts of how MP works, it is that many Casual sellers [no store] don't like the facts of how MP works. The two aren't the same. Now I respect why this program is extremely difficult for some casual sellers. And it is unfortunate that at this time Ebay isn't offering any options that would be easier for you to adjust to.
On the right side of the Payments Forum there are a few articles written by the Payments team that explains the program quite well. They are short and easy to read if you'd like to visit them.
I hope you find what will work well for you.

Community Boards are 'community boards' and anyone who reads it can respond. If someone doesn't like being responded to then just ignore it. You and myself are not the only ones on a 'community board' which is why it's called 'community'.

I NEVER said you or anyone else couldn't. You asked me a question and I answered it. I said absolutely nothing about you or anyone else could not reply. You are twisting stuff to mean something never said or implied.

When you said - "You decided to respond to a posting of mine directed to another poster that said exactly that." It came across as insinuating that I shouldn't have responded to it because you had sent it to someone else....on a "Community Board". We can agree to disagree but I'm asking to end this conversation because it is serving no purpose. Thank you
