If you believe the information displayed on your form is incorrect (Name, Address, Tax ID (SSN, EIN, ITIN), or Gross Amounts), please request a contact from a payments-trained teammate who will be able to process your correction request.
How do we request a contact from a payments-trained teammate when we did not receive a 1099-K from eBay but believe that we should have?
As I understand it, tax year 2020 is the first year that NJ is requiring digital 1099-k's be issued if gross receipts are $1,000 or more.

Each payment processor is responsible for producing 1099-K's if they process funds for you that were over the threshold. So eBay will provide one only if you had over $1000 in sales after you switched to Managed Payments; likewise, PayPal payments above $1000 would generate a 1099-K from PayPal. But if both of them separately were under $100 then neither would send you a 1099-K.

Thank you.
Just not sure why I haven't received one.
By my calculations, I should have received one for my time in MP this past year.
They do look at actual receipts between
either Jan 1 (or when I joined MP in 2020)
and Dec 31,
regardless of the fact that my invoice date is the 15th of the month, correct?

Both the PP and EB 1099Ks have partial and full months displayed with the money amounts.
You can access the PP 1099 from your PP account and the EB 1099 in Seller Hub under the Payments button.

I also believe that I should have received a 1099k, but have not. It also depends on your location, if you are not part of the “exception states” then you will follow the IRS reporting of $20,000 AND 200 individual payments.

Have you checked under Tax Reports in the Payment tab on the Seller Hub?

Yes.
It says that I haven't sold enough.
But I don't know if they mean I haven't sold $20,000, or I haven't sold $1,000 (NJ's threshold).
How much do you think you sold under MP?

Hi @kare-bearb You can reach payments by going here (or any managed payments help page) and scrolling to the bottom to choose a contact method.
