I have 600.00 sitting there and I received a 12.97 payment this morning.  At least I now have some walking around money. Unbelievable!!!

Managed Payments take 5-7 days to reach your bank account.   DAILY PAYOUTS are extremely different to decifer because they don't show PURCHASE PRICE (they show amount you get after all fees deducted).

I tracked every sale for 2 months just to be sure I was really getting paid correctly.   What I found is 100% accuracy...you get paid eventually but it seems they purposely make it confusing.

It is all going to depend on when the buyer pays and when the money clears.

It all depends on how long it takes for the payments to process and Ebay receives the funds.

They can only transfer what funds they have received to your checking account.

Hi, is this new managed fund thing something we all "have" to do to sell on ebay?  Is it just for certain sellers or everyone?

Managed Payments [MP] is something most of us will be required to use instead of Paypal as a seller.  MP will process our money instead of PP.  You don't need to be concerned with it until you get an email from Ebay telling you to register for MP.  Then if you want to continue selling on Ebay you will need to register for MP.  But until then just go on as you have.

Ebay plans to have most if not all sellers in MP by 2021.

It's a process.

Why is it a "huge mess"?  Do you not like using PayPal as a seller?

NEVER wanted eBay managed payments, was forced into it, prefered the immediate payment by PayPal, and the immediate access to those funds, this new managed payments is a JOKE!!!

At least using the Payments tab, you can see what order you have  been paid for. The 'how on earths' have way too many variables for a definitive answer. Good luck.

@loaf46

Many of us feel that way.  PP is a complete Wallet, MP is not that at all.  It is a basic money processing program.  While I don't think it is a "joke", I can certainly see there is plenty of room for improvement.  There is no doubt about that.  But it is workable if you give it a chance.  You can't go back to PP no matter how much we want to, so if your sales here are good enough, then adapting is in the best interest of your little business.  MP doesn't cost us more other than in some time to manage it.

It seems to me that MP is far more problematic to those wanting daily deposits as that really isn't something MP offers.  They poorly named that option as money transfers are only done on Business days.

I do weekly deposits that are done every Tuesday morning.  The money is in my bank before noon on Wednesday, I do bank with a major bank.  So for me this portion of MP is working very smoothly for me and I get my money quicker than the other similar sites that I sell on as they only release the funds every couple of weeks.

If you have any specific questions, maybe I could help!  I'm happy to try.
