Quick question RE: Managed payments

I'm in, yay! Finally was allowed to sign up today. One quick question - do all my listings automatically convert over getting rid of Paypal, or only new ones created from today forward? I should know this, but I don't.

New Monthly Fee??

Any idea why eBay has started charging me $28.95 per month whether I buy or sell ANYTHING? That seems a little ridiculous... is this a new Monthly Fee that they are charging just to use ebay?? Thanks for any guidance...

just updated my payments tab to have payments sent directly to my checking account. ebay says a payment was sent today and it is completed but my bank doesnt show the deposit? i cant find anyone live to speak with at ebay? anyone know what I can do?
