I haven't gotten paid since I was forced to switch to managed payments on September 20th and payments were scheduled to begin September 22nd. I knew this was not going to be a positive change~I mean Paypal was almost instantaneous.Anyone else ?

I've been in for over a year. Back then, it took from 6-14 days.
As of August of this year, I'm receiving bank deposits 4 days after the buyer makes the payment. Good luck!

Ebay will lose 10 times more money than they make with this managed payments decision.

How do you figure that?
Now they get the fee's that were going to Pay Pal.

They have to have sellers to collect those fees from. People are quitting Ebay in droves over managed payments.

E bays say I have until 15 Oct. For me to go in Managed Payments. And it will start in Nov. Or I may see delays or it will affect my account. Well from seeing many post like yours look like this will be the end for me. I do not like my money yo be played with. I was planning on selling lots of Pecans this year on here. But am not going to mail out trying to keep my ratings for e bay' s little discounts. Was thinking of just going on opt in to the program but not mail until the payment cleared in to my bank. Do away with my store and let my rating fall where they may. Set up long handling times to compensate for the payment delays. E bay is really jerking seller to much now. I like my pay pal so I get my money fast. Mail the item fast. Not to mail a item waiting for my money . Buyer gets it and use or eat it up even before I am paid for it. This plan really sounds like junk. I hope you get paid. Glad it is not me for now. Or I would be burning their phones up.

There will be plenty of new sellers to replace the ones that leave.
You remember when they decided to make all BIN listings GTC and how many sellers said they were going to leave, how many of those sellers are still around.

Since your date to start has not happened yet. Make VERY sure that your information that you gave MP for your account is correct and there are no issues. No red flags on your Seller Hub. If there are, now is the time to fix them BEFORE you move into MP.
There are some sellers having serious issues with MP and each and every one of those concerns is very important.
Some concerns of members aren't that MP isn't functioning but that they don't like or agree with how it functions. Those complaints are different and shows us how we need Ebay to hear us on changes needed in MP. Again this absolutely does not take away from the seriousness of some seller's issues and the horrible spot some other sellers are in. It is very important that Ebay helps them sooner rather than later.
There are far more sellers in MP that are not having issues. There are over a quarter of a million sellers currently in MP and that number is growing all the time.
So the best advice for you right now is make sure you have your information loaded correctly before you enter the program.

Have you looked on your Seller Hub under the Payment tab for answers to what might be going on with your account?
If you entered MP 20th, that was a Sunday. MP takes 1-2 Business days to process a pending buyer payment and move it to available to transfer. So the soonest you should have had an Available Transfer would have been Wednesday if you set up your account on Daily Deposits.
If your account is set up for Weekly Deposits, then your first payout should be Tuesday the 29th.
But again, your Payments Tab in the Seller Hub will give you more information that you may find useful.

The changeover to PP back in the day was fought as hard as this MP change. Sellers were livid over that change and many didn't trust electronic payments at all. It was a fun time on the threads with that change too.
