What's the point of placing a credit card on file for automatic billing
of my seller fees if Ebay won't charge it? I placed a credit card on
file a month ago. A week and a half or so ago, i received an invoice for
$19.62. I log in to my account today...

Ebay has practically made it impossible for people to sell on here. It's
just a nonstop row of hurdles to overcome. I have been selling on here

Just make an alternate account and sell on there. It won't be
restricted. Ebay allows you to have as many accounts as you want. So
long as one isn't suspended.
