Was the item marked as shipped with tracking number?

What is the estimated delivery date shown in the listing? 

If it was not marked as shipped or is past the estimated delivery date, did you open an item not received one day past the estimated delivery date? You have 30 days past the delivery date to open an item not received. 

Did the item show delivered but was actually sent to different address in same zip code area? 

Did you open the wrong case and it has been closed?

Looks like your watch buyer was refunded by Ebay.Since you had no available funds in your account, the money was withdrawn from your payment source.You also got a defect to your account for not handling the refund, and having Ebay step in to do it. You can see any defects in your Sellers Hub.

If Ebay had to get involved and issue the refund, they keep their fee's.

Sounds like you just 'refunded' the buyer but did not 'cancel' , then refund so the fees incurred would remain. You simply don't know how to work things here.
