Hello.

I usually buy stuff with the bank transfer option. I have been doing it for some time. No problem at all. I can see the transactions in my bank account and everything is great.

However, today I bought an item, I was charged, I can see that the amount was withdrawn by eBay, but on my app, there is still a prompt message that I still have to pay for it.
I tried refreshing, logging in and out but nothing.
Not even a confirmation mail like from all the others…

Do you guys have any idea?

We don't pay with non-reversible funds here in US.

Perhaps check your Purchase History

to be sure that you actually bought the item on eBay, since there's no confirmation email.

Wired payments are allowed in some European countries but I don't think you're covered by eBay MBG if you pay that way.

You are asking on the USA.com eBay site about something we do not use or have. You might do better logging off here then log back into community boards that cover Germany.
