Issuing partial refund

Hi,

I have a customer asking for a partial refund.  I use ebays payment system, so how can I give a partial refund because I can't see the funding source. Is the only way to ask them for their PP account info?

Re: Issuing partial refund

In seller hub click on "see all orders" then proceed as already outlined above.

List more, sell more. Goodwill that other, uh, stuff.

Feeling sleepy? There's an app for that.

They aren't called "manage orders".  Don't get too frustrated, you just need to learn how to use the information available and where you find it.  With anything new there is a learning curve.

The box on the Seller Hub appears as below.  There you can see the different categories in which you can look at orders or simply select the first option and see all the orders.
