I haven't seen any anecdotes on Notice of Arbitration over this...

A paralegal at CT Corporation System reversed a FedEx overcharge in my case.

Just follow the Yellow Brick Road...

Actually that comment is completely incorrect. They can only access the account you provide where your eBay sales monies are deposited.  That is why I signed up for a free online checking account  that has no fees which I use to receive eBay sales only.  That account is not connected to my regular bank at all.   Giving them access to my eBay account does not permit them to access any oyher accounts I may have.

Yes, the arbitration provision is a legal enactment to relieve the court systems of the burden in matters of grievances. I can't remember which state allowed legalization of the arbitration loop, but it has been adopted as a binding legal course of action.

The yellow brick road leads to a grievance. And if those who are in OZ, have a grievance, they must take that stroll down the yellow brick road, unless they opted out, 30 days prior to the storm, although the Highlander wouldn't be forced onto that yellow path, but if they wish to travel that path first and foremost, it's there. But they must be careful, for the stench in the air, is more than a grievance.

But you are correct, and that path isn't a difficult path, but it might present a risk, like in, will the Highlander be bound by the decision by them who lodges behind the curtain.

However, I just can't imagine the Wizard not releasing the goodies.

But I never meant to make OZ look like a bed of roses, for the Wicked Witch is a deterrent, and a persuasive Hag, in who might push the follower of the yellow brick road, back to Anime.

Guess work:

What a cool post. Cryptic, and pithy. At first I was thinking it's Australian, wrong OZ.

It could arguably be worse:

Welcome to 1984, eBay Style.  Open an account that you move funds  in and out of as fast as possible.  Check with area banks to see which ones execute real time transfers.   Create a Single Member LLC, get a business license and play the game right back.   "Mengele Payments" is an experiment to see exactly how much they (eBay) can get away with before everyone bolts.  It's like Microsoft Windows, everytime someone finds a way to get around their ineptness, they issue a patch.  It's business, take no prisoners, give no quarter and leave no fingerprints.  Good luck and remember, No One Ever Won a War by Just Taking Prisoners, You Have to Spill Blood so they know you're serious.

Once your MP account is set up right, you'll get your money.

Until it's set up, they have no way to pay you.

Um yes they do have a way to pay you. It's called PAYPAL. The company that used to be part of Ebay, and now Ebay wants nothing to do with. Thank you very helpful!

All of these responses are from ebay "customer support". You can tell because they are all completely useless.

Re: Is it Mandatory to do the "Forced --Managed Payment" to Mess with my Bank Account ?

I just gave Ebay the banking information to an account that I never use. I don't even have any money or use this account for any transactions. I was actually about to close it until Ebay started with this new bank account thing. I'll use this bank account strictly for Ebay, they can do whatever they want with it. Open a bank account with BBVA. It's a free online checking account and it's a legitimate bank.

Oh please that’s not why they are that invasive and even if they are complying with tax laws you shouldn’t be so happily compliant nor chide someone else for not feeling the same.

Well, obviously not all that useless because we and millions of other sellers have worked out how to get paid with MP.

"Yes, the arbitration provision is a legal enactment to relieve the court systems of the burden in matters of grievances."

No the arbitration is because companies like ebay are scared to death of Class Action Lawsuits!

They force you ( Unless you opted out) to accept it to prevent you from joining a class action suit.

Ebay could care less about helping the United States Justice System!
