I was put into managed payments about a week ago. I thought that shipping would be taken out of my payment before the remainder was sent to me. I just checked PayPal and shipping is being paid through there. Is that the way it's supposed to be?
New Payout Procedure
Ive been using Ebay since 1998 with 100% positive feedback. I just learned of the ebay change in payouts to sellers...no more paypal. I had an item sitting for sale since prior to the change. I do not want to share my routing and bank info with ebay....
