No, they don't care. I received Neg FB from a buyer in a location I
specifically DO NOT SELL to and I immediately canceled the order upon
discovery (hours). The buyer gave me Neg FB and eBay refused to remove
because the buyer DID NOT request the can...
It's the time wasted processing fraud. Cheaper & easier to never go
