I'm trying to figure out how top stop my eBay label fees from being charged to my Pay-pal account.

Found an article on line that said I could change my label fees preference at the bottom of the "buy a label now" page but that's not true.

I had the same issue when I switched to managed payments and I did resolve it by changing options on the label page however, I can't direct you where to go exactly.

They can be charged 2 ways;

1.) Paypal

2.) From Pending Payments 

You can CHOOSE at the bottom of the shipping page at the time you are going to get a label. 

Note that once you change it, it will stay that way going forward unless you change it back.
