A routing number? If you are trying to register for Managed Payments, you have to supply your bank acct info, along with your ss#,not just a debit card.

If you have a debit card, you have bank account (could only be Savings, which won't work for Managed Payments so you'll need to open a checking account there).

Your bank's routing number and account number is on your checks.

Why do you think a debit card "could only be Savings"? Am I misunderstanding your statement?

If a bank has issued you a debit card, then you'll need the bank's routing number. Look online or call your bank.
