Why people on here makes a offer then don’t pay why do that

Some are confused and think if you accept their offer that still get the last word as to buy it or not. They don't know making an offer is like bidding and if accepted they made a purchase.

I don't see any listings for you set as BIN... only Auctions. What have you accepted an offer on?
ETA: If it was an Auction with OBO, it's still a sale. Cancel the orders on Day 5, citing 'Buyer didn't pay', if they still haven't.
