Does anyone know how to reach eBay Management, someone in charge? I have been working with eBay support for several days regarding a nasty buyer who is blackmailing me, they said they would leave nasty feedback unless I paid them. I have reported this buyer to eBay support but they have done nothing to help me as this person keeps sending me demands for money as has left nasty feedback remarks causing me to have a negative rating. I need this resolved and right now it seems like nobody at eBay seems to care about this issue. Can anyone help me? How do I reach eBay Management, someone in charge so I can get this person blocked and the negative remarks removed?
Thank you

The Spanish feedback isn't so bad... certainly no 'POS' reference at all, and I've seen much 'nastier' fb.
A humble, level-headed response would work to your best interest moving forward. I've even chosen between sellers based on negative feedback replies.
Good luck to you in any language!

The only recent negative I can find the one in Spanish that says you sent a lower valued item and you refused to refund the difference. If that is the feedback in question, I do not find it particularly "nasty" and there is nothing I can see about that feedback that qualifies it for removal.
Feedback extortion is indeed against policy, but if you read the feedback extortion policy there is nothing in there that states that they will remove feedback if extortion is found. In fact, the policy does not offer sellers any remedy whatsoever except the ability to report the buyer to eBay.
Regarding your wish to block the buyer from contacting you, that is not something eBay does very often to buyers who have a transaction with the seller.
eBay has millions and millions and millions of users, and billions and billions and billions of listings. So your observation that nobody at eBay seems to care about your issue is probably correct. And the hope that someone in "management" will care is even more remote IMHO.

I would like to have more ability to remove that sort garbage and would appreciate eBay assisting with their feedback tool backing the seller when this happens. I requested the removal and they came back with a response saying they found nothing wrong, that is **bleep**. You know eBay would BAN us if we said something about eBay, when it comes to its users, they aren't so quick to help us out and we are who generate their paychecks.
I'm confused if you are stating words from private messages between you and the buyer because you are implying it is actual FB left for you. This is the only negative you've received recently- "Me envío el artículo de menor valor, pedí la diferencia y se negó".
The direct translation of this one sentence is the following: "He sent me the item of lesser value, I asked for the difference and he declined".
So I don't see where they've called you a POS seller on your FB. If the rep said they found nothing wrong then the buyer didn't break any FB policies. Feedback extortion is absolutely an unbreakable rule and if the buyer did in fact threaten you for that they will receive warning from eBay. However that will be between the buyer and eBay and you will not know when that occurs.

That particular buyer left a negative for a vacuum sealer, but that same vacuum sealer does not show up on your sold listings. It does, however, show up on your completed listings. What happened there?
If you have a store subscription you can look it up on Terapeak and see that it sold October 20th- not appearing in the sold search filter is common when a seller uses the out of stock option. I use the OOS option and anybody viewing my sold history will never get an accurate picture of my sales volume because a lot of it is hidden.

Should not have to report it to the state police. If ebay gave just a little concern to sellers they should be on top of this. Ebay will always side buyers because that is how they stay wealthy. I signed up on ebay over 10 years ago here in the US. I find very strange that all customer service is overseas where I am NOT doing business. This is because ebay only cares about remaining rich and they dont care how they got thier riches.
