This is a question for Payoneer. We don't use it here in the US.

@chasach_17

Since this is a mostly US forum/board and we don't use Payoneer, my suggestion would be to contact Payoneer directly to get the answer you need.

Good luck.

Many people in the US have Payoneer accounts.

It is free to join.

After that there are fees.

You can get a Payoneer debit card if you have sufficient funds. There's a $29.95 annual fee for the card. You're eligible for a Payoneer credit card after 6 months and $100 in deposits that aren't  from e-wallets.

Payments from one Payoneer account to another Payoneer account are free.

Payments made via a local bank transfer incur a 1% fee if made in USD. Transfers in euro or GPB are free.

Payments made via ACH incur a 1% fee in USD.

Payments made via credit card incur a 3% flat fee.

Withdrawals from your Payoneer account to your bank in the same currency costs $1.50 per withdrawal.

Withdrawals in local currency from a balance of difference currency is up to 2% .

If your account is inactive for a year you'll be charged an inactivity fee of $29.95.

Because you don't  use Payoneer doesn't  mean it's  not used in the US.

I only know this because  a rare book I wanted was from a foreign seller in the UK that only used Payoneer. Weird.  Lol, I was mad at PayPal at the time so it worked out. (Payoneer is an American Co btw.)
