How to reach eBay Management, someone in charge?

Does anyone know how to reach eBay Management, someone in charge? I have been working with eBay support for several days regarding a nasty buyer who is blackmailing me, they said they would leave nasty feedback unless I paid them. I have reported this buyer to eBay support but they have done nothing to help me as this person keeps sending me demands for money as has left nasty feedback remarks causing me to have a negative rating. I need this resolved and right now it seems like nobody at eBay seems to care about this issue. Can anyone help me? How do I reach eBay Management, someone in charge so I can get this person blocked and the negative remarks removed?

Thank you

On the feedback black mail are they in the US???

If so this needs to be reported to their state police as race tiring, which is what it is.

Relax if they have done this through eBay messages you are covered though it will be a pain to get a hold of some one in ebay to fix it. Feedback extortion is what you are claiming is going on.

From what I read on these boards, it is easier to reach a real person on eBay's Facebook pages.  Try that.

According to the feedback, they think you sent them a different item.

Tell them to return it for a refund.

Have a great day.

Interesting as this should have been racketeering instead of race tiring as two words....

What a relief. I had never heard of race tiring either. I assumed it was another "young people" phrase that I have never heard of. At least I'm young enough to know how to google the urban dictionary on line.. ha.

Exactly what does the buyer want you to pay them for? What happened in this transaction that would make the buyer think you own them money? Did you cancel the transaction? Did the buyer claim not to have received the item?

A bit of detail would go a long way here . . .

Did the transaction take place on this id? I see three (total) negative feedback ratings on this id for the last twelve months. Two are over a month old, and one is from this month--in Spanish. Is that the buyer/transaction/comment you're posting about?

That particular buyer left a negative for a vacuum sealer, but that same vacuum sealer does not show up on your sold listings. It does, however, show up on your completed listings. What happened there?

Buyers can leave only one feedback rating per transaction, so I'm not sure why you're using the plural "remarks."

You don't have a negative rating. Your current feedback percentage is 98.6%, based on three negative ratings you've received in the last twelve months.

And, it looks like it will be something that ebay may not do anything about as it appears to be the 'buyer's opinion', with no vulgarity.  Unless you leave a reply, I don't think they can add more to the feedback.  However, other messaging may be another matter.

As far as reaching 'management', good luck.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

I hate to downplay your situation but there are hundreds if not thousands of ebay sellers going through the same thing you are. You problem is not unique and is certainly not urgent.  I'm sure ebay will help you eventually.  I'm just saying i don't think you're on the top of their list.  Sorry.

Good luck and stay safe!

All the back and fourth was done in the eBay messaging tool/email, so yes, everything this buyer said and demanded is available for eBay to review at anytime.

I understand that, at the same time this **bleep** from this crazy person doesn't look go for my business especially when they keep the item and at the same time call me a **bleep** seller. I would like to have more ability to remove that sort garbage and would appreciate eBay assisting with their feedback tool backing the seller when this happens. I requested the removal and they came back with a response saying they found nothing wrong, that is **bleep**. You know eBay would BAN us if we said something about eBay, when it comes to its users, they aren't so quick to help us out and we are who generate their paychecks.

I have used the chat option three times now and every time someone has responded within five minutes. They are very friendly and have resolved all of my issues in minutes. It's quite easy to use and available to everyone. Just go to help & contact and select the chat option, if it doesn't come up on it's own. You will also receive a transcript of the entire conversation for your records. Best of luck to you....
