How long can a dispute be? This managed payment system is difficult to follow

Long story short: I listen an item for buy it now, 15 minutes later it is bought by a buyer with 0 feedback, brand new account. the money is sent to my managed payments (pending). Two hours after the purchase, the buyer files a dispute outside of ebay via his bank or payment institution...this happened on 12/24. Now I have a large amount of funds pending, as well as final value fees that seemed to be taken from my payouts but haven't been reimbursed to me ($60 around).  Anyone know how long it takes for something like this to clear up. I am mostly concerned about the final value fees being subtracted from my account. WIll I get that back?

Other than that, being a new seller selling high value, high risk items,  you can expect eBay to hold all of your funds for a certain time period.
