Help! Managed payment question

I had a customer that did not use the shopping cart but instead purchased 2

items separately, yep I need to combine shipping and  issue partial refund for

one of the shipping's because I combined shipping. PayPal was easy, I don't

know how to do the option in managed payments.

Find the item, click the drop down on the left, refund is one of the options, click that and enter the required information (reason for refund and amount).

Do not do refund under MP, it will take forever and run into multiple glitches if you read here, ship together and manually mark as shipped and enter tracking on the second item

I've done one refund under managed payments and it went smoothly (I was sweating it out!).  Find the item and on the left click the options and it's there.

I followed the same advice last week week, I had to give somone a partial refund.

 

it was easy to do.I felt a bit apprehensive at first but I soon realized I was not going to have to refund the entire payment.I was concerned that this could happen like it used to do in paypal if you did not pay attention

 

you just input the amount to refund and it was simple..................worked like a charm

 

I still can remember here on the boards a year ago that users were not clear on how to do a partial refund........

like the feature was not yet ready in MP.................its ready now
