Has anyone else seen the article about this? Anyone here work for the
postal service that may have inside information on the new fee process
for the replacement service?
I don't like the new listing format, I don't know about many of you but
some of us older people just can't change that easily....too confusing.

disputed with eBay and requested inthe response to the credit card
company that the buyer request a return for refund through eBay. I

I don't use "make offer" but if someone offers me a price they would pay
lower than my listed price I just lower the listed price and message the
buyer, the buyer then has to pay for the item to buy it.
