I am unable to successfully download financial reports. Apparently, it downloads as a PDF with 0 bytes in the file and throws an error. Attempted to download using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and Microsoft Edge.
Same issue and was told to add my name to their list of people impacted. I received a reply from someone in the community suggesting I take screen shots as the financial reports are not all that valuable anyway. While I appreciate someone taking the time to respond, I want to see my financial reports myself and not do screen scrapes/copies. This is a pretty basic business process and I would like to have an "official" financial report from Ebay. I don't think that is too much to ask.
