Received an email that looking at the source code appears to be
legitimately from ebay. It says they have noted no activity in some time

Thanks! I went into my ebay account and there was no message there -
went back to the email I received and sussed out the actual sending
email address better and it is bogus. Thank you for your reply! All is
well!
UPDATE - SCAM. I went into my ebay account and this message does NOT
appear in my account messages. Big flag that the one sent to my email
account is bogus. Reported to Outlook and to eBay. God I despise
scammers.
Same issue and was told to add my name to their list of people impacted.

Same issue. Tried on my iphone as well and same error message. Called
support. I should also be added to this alert. Support had no update on
when this is likely to be fixed. This is tax season so getting these
downloads is critical. Thanks!
