Absolute worst customer service

How does eBay have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced,  Online robot chat just sends me links to an email that said it can't process, phone number just gives me a website and then hangs up.  Is this purposely done so people give up? Most frustrating thing I've had to deal with and each option ends up being a complete was of time. Does any one else have this experience when trying to contact someone about a specific issue?

Absolute worst customer service

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.

Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a chat with an agent or a call-back if you are in North America.

@eburtonlabis correct. For what it's worth, @micsta_7414, I prefer the facebook method. Good luck.

If you got the phone number from a google search, beware that many of those are fake and set you up for malware.

Thanks I will try Facebook.  I posted my question here and didn't get a reply.  The contact us section brings me to a chat that brings me to an email, when I email it says it can't be processed. Appreciate the response.
