Ebay raising my ad rates without me knowing?

Hi, why was I charged 44% for advertising when my ad listed 8% advertising. Why did this error occur? How to fix it?

I wrote to support, they recommended that I post the listing again.

I once placed 44% standard advertising (two years ago for test) and this is the reason why such a percentage was removed.
