Dualing algorithms like song Dueling Banjos. To block payout or to pay payout!

I get both the red and blue banners on my summary page at the same time. The red banner says block the payout and the blue banner says next payout on Monday morning. The red one always wins out. Dueling Banjos is one  of my favorite old time bluegrass songs.

I don't see the problem.

You regular payout date should have been Monday, but your payments are being held so you won't get a payout Monday.

Got order on June 30 Received Payout for that order on Weds. July 2.  Got two orders on July 2 and have not received Payout yet as of Weds, July 9. Makes no sense unless there is a new policy. of holding or conflicting algorithms messing things up. At least the song Dueling Banjos makes sense and sounds very good.
