Do all sellers have to use Ebay's payment processing system? I preferred PayPal's Instant payments.

I was just Wondering if sellers out there are still having Paypal process their payments? I miss the instant payments that Pay Pal provided. Sometimes I am waiting 5 days for payments. I miss Paypal.

There may be some, not everyone is in MP........but according to what ebay has published, everyone will be in MP by the end of the year.........no choice...........Paypal is gone for sellers.......

Only managed payments, no more instant payments. you have to wait, sometimes for 5 days to have your hard earned money transferred into your checking account. 

They also are charging commission on sales tax, I think that is unfair and should not be happening.

I opted into MP during August, 2019. I remember missing the fat wallet that PayPal was, too... for about a quarter.

Did you never notice that besides the 30 cent fee on each transaction, PayPal took its cut on the sales tax?

ALL payment processors take their fee on the TOTAL charge to the customers -- merchandise, shipping, handling, surchages, fees, you-name-it, and sales tax.
