Did not receive OTP while paying through Debit Card (amount was 3400 INR)

I punched in my debit card details and after a few minutes the payment was done no pin was asked no OTP

is there any reason for this because i am very scared if only my card details were required

Yah, it's same for me.
So anyone with card information can payment in ebay without any verification.
There should be a otp verification like rest of the card payment system.

Be aware of your card information!!!
