Since Feb25, two payout have been declined. And the "call us" option on website does not work.
I have been receiving regular payouts from eBay with no problem. NOTHING has changed with my bank, etc. I contacted my bank, they checked my account for awhile and there is no issue or alert, they said I need to contact eBay for info.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What should I do for this payment declined message? thank you!

Make sure your registered ebay name is IDENTICAL to the name on the checking account. If you need to make a change, go to
