The one where the seller can actually receive the money. So in this case, they're all equally bad.

For buying. PayPal or Credit Cards.

For selling, you'll have to wait until Managed Payments reaches your country or when your government allows you to receive PayPal payments.

You are located in Sri Lanka.

It doesn't matter what payment method the buyer uses, since due to your country's banking laws, you cannot receive payments via Paypal, and Paypal is the one that processes the buyer's payments.  Citizens of Sri Lanka can send payments via Paypal, but cannot legally receive payments via Paypal.  Therefore, you cannot sell on ebay, because the buyers will not be able to pay you.
