i am in a frantic rush trying to cancel the order. The seller took the money nearly instantly but hasnt contacted me after i canceled and requested a refund within literal minutes after noticing the $55 overcharge on my credit card.
i need this dealt with immediately. This makes me sincerely think there is no repercussion of scamming on ebay.

I cant even see it on my Purchase History list so it's like it never even happened.
I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS THOUGH! .. How did ebay say i'm only paying $349 + 23.56 in tax = $372.56 total..
But when i check my bank account they took $$428.44 !? Where did that extra money leave and HOW !?
That's $55.88 that is now gone..poof..disappeared like it neve happened. No trace . No explanation. just..gone.

A seller has no access to your credit card.
That phone number belongs to America Express.

Bank statement says :

that number is ABSOLUTELY NOT the AMEX number ! How can you randomly spurt random nonsense like that. After looking at your seller profile.. I cant and wont believe you.

I understand that you are upset but the number you put in your title is indeed the Amex Customer Service number as rockstar said and you just were rude to him for just providing information that is easily Googled. Sellers do not determine the amount that is charged to you credit card beyond the price of the auction. they cannot just add additional charges - ebay as the payment processor handles all that. contact ebay customer service (I know thats almost impossible these days but try early in the morning and request a call back).

OOPS. MY SINCERe APOLOGIES...
the number is actually 800-456-3229 which returns no results.
i am doing so, so , so much trying to get rid of this and ebay, and paypal, and AmEx (which i accidentally posted the number ) is of no help .
Can someone please change the title number for me? It is urgent and people must know about this scam.
on the BBB this company was brought up as fraudulent also .

Since you must have missed the post about this: The seller does not have access to your credit card, unless you gave them the number.
Please explain why you think the seller scammed you when they have NO ability to change what eBay charges you. Was this an international purchase? What did you buy? Where is the listing?

That number is showing in the BBB as linked to auto parts store in Georgia.
Did you order something from them?
