Day 3 On Demand Instant Payments Glitch, Not Working

Day 3.  On demand payments, not working. Debit card is accepted, but you cant select on demand payments, the box is grayed out and not working. I'm calling eBay every day until this gets fixed. I have opened up a support ticket, but still no answers. Beyond frustrated.  Anyone else having this problem?

Same here and I got no answer as to why from phone conversation with customer service agent who said there is no problem and was not concerned enough to open a ticket or escalate

I’m sorry to hear that. I would call back and ask them to open up a ticket. She told me it’s a know issue. It’s frustrating.
